Hello,
My name is Luigi, I am 46 years old and I am the commercial director of a large company. It is not easy for me to write this, but after much hesitation and second thoughts I have decided to do so because I need help. For years I have had a really fulfilling and satisfying sex life, then problems started. I have been married for almost twenty years and sex was probably the strongest bond between me and my ex-wife. Despite the quarrels, the difficulties of everyday life, the commitments, once in bed, she and I always managed to find a perfect understanding. At some point, however, attraction and passion were no longer enough and misunderstandings took over. That's why we decided to part. I tried to overcome my sorrow by throwing myself headlong into a series ofone night stands. At first, it worked, but for some months now these occasional relationships have been unable to give me anything. As if this were not enough, recently I have started having difficulties in achieving an erection: even when I feel a very strong desire, then, I cannot conclude anything. I don't know what to do: sex has always been re-energising and a source of happiness for me, while now it has become a big problem. Among other things, I am also going through a particularly intense period at work. I feel empty and sad. Will I be able get back my old enthusiasm? Can Medicinal Mushrooms help me?
Dear Luigi,
Absolutely yes. You will see that in a few months this difficult period will be only a bad memory and your sex life - and everything else - will become joyful again. First of all, I want to congratulate you: not everyone would have had the courage to open up as you have done in your letter. Indeed, most men, faced with a sexual problem, pretend there is nothing wrong or minimize. Instead, admitting to having a problem is the first step in overcoming difficulties and feeling better.
In medical terms, your problem is called erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence. It is a fairly widespread disorder, but often ignored because it creates embarrassment and shame. There can be many different causes, which can also interact with each other. The most common? Poor nutrition, sedentary lifestyle, stress, alcohol abuse, diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, kidney problems, hormonal imbalances. Psychologically, an important role is played by performance anxiety, that is, the fear of not being up to par.
Also in your case, dear Luigi, erectile dysfunction is probably the result of a series of different but connected reasons: stress at work, pain due to the end of your marriage, an unhealthy lifestyle, the fear of not being "Macho" enough for your partners. That's why it is a good idea to tackle the problem in different ways. Certainly it is important to make time to relax, to engage in pleasant and relaxing activities; you should try to follow a healthy and balanced diet, including adequate amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables, legumes and whole grains and do some physical exercise. If possible, you should also try to understand what your real feelings are and if you still feel something for your ex-wife. Then I suggest that you follow a specific Mycotherapy treatment.
The most suitable mushroom for those suffering from impotence is Cordyceps. In fact, it increases the level of testosterone, the hormone that regulates desire, erection and sexual satisfaction, in the cells of the testicles (Leydig cells). Moreover, this remedy increases the blood flow to the corpora cavernosa of the penis (the cylindrical structures arranged along the penis mostly composed of small caves that, filling with blood, allow an erection), strengthening the erection. Finally, it has an anxiolytic and antidepressant effect, improving the psychoemotional state. For all these reasons, it is excellent for countering a decline in virility and desire and for fighting erectile dysfunction. Like all other mushrooms, also Cordyceps must be taken at a dose of 2 grams per day to be effective. It takes 3 months to evaluate effectiveness. Normally patients continue to take this mushroom, because it produces a significant improvement.
